Product discovery
What is product discovery?
Product discovery is the process of thoroughly understanding what a project actually needs — the business problem, technical constraints, scale, and priorities — before starting to build, or before deciding who will build it. It exists because what a client asks for initially is rarely a complete spec: a need expressed in everyday language has to be translated into a concrete, actionable scope.
How it's used
It's used as the stage before any match, quote, or development work: without discovery, both the company and the team executing risk building the wrong thing, or underestimating the real complexity of the work.
Kaizen is Zenit's discovery engine: it talks with the company in natural language, infers what wasn't explicitly said, and puts together the brief before matching. Meet Kaizen.
