Deliver on time

On-time rate is the heaviest-weighted metric in ZenitRank. If a milestone gets complicated, speak up early — replanning is normal, disappearing isn't.

Communicate clearly

Response time and transparency count. A short message on time beats a perfect report a week late.

Leave evidence

Commits, PRs and tests are your proof of work. Kaizen validates the delivery against the signed criteria, so the process protects you too.

Define the scope well

A clear scope avoids disputes. If the client asks for something outside what was agreed, it's documented as a scope change — not free work.

Your juniors don't get left out. They grow inside the squad.

Kaizen evaluates the squad as a unit, not each member individually. If you have juniors, they enter TalentPath: they work on real projects inside the squad, build a verifiable track record and, when they're ready, they graduate into their own squad on the marketplace. Meanwhile, the squad earns extra income for each of them.
