What happens if a squad doesn't deliver?

SafePay protects your funds: if a milestone isn't delivered, the corresponding payment stays held and Zenit mediates the dispute.

How much does it cost?

Terms are announced when access opens. The commission is transparent per project — you know it before accepting any work.

What if our team has juniors?

Kaizen evaluates the squad as a unit, not each member separately. Juniors join real projects inside a senior squad via TalentPath.

When can I post a project as a company?
